Thanks to our fans and sponsors for a great 2011 season! We are happy to be the 2011 ADRL World Champion and Battle For The Belts Winner! We appreciate the support we have received from so many this year.
Starting the year with a horrible fire, I never would have thought we could have ended the year the way we did. The fire made this season the worst we’ve ever had early on. Looking back on that now, I never thought we would get the car back together as quickly as we did, and do as well as we did the rest of the season winning the Battle For The Belts and the ADRL Championship.
Without my crew; Scotty, Dom,
and Doug and all of the sponsors who support me this wouldn’t have been
possible, so I would like to thank them. Bob and Lauri of Z-Matrix Solutions,
Al-Anabi Racing, PSI Superchargers, Neal Chance Racing Converters, Lenco
Transmissions, Mickey Thompson, MSD, Ford Racing, NGK, Jerry Bickel Race Cars,
VP Racing Fuels, US Mahle, Clevite, Ross Pistons, PAC Springs, and Race-Pak Data
Systems.. Thank you!
Dan Millen’s newest t-shirt said it all: “The Baddest Man Alive on 10.5.” After his weekend at Texas Motorplex, that certainly cannot be disputed. Millen was the only driver to pull off a clean sweep by winning the world championship, the event and the BFTB, continuing an amazing string that ranks among the best 12-month stretch in ADRL history.

Like he did a year ago, Dan Millen is making quite an impression at Rockingham Dragway.
The Extreme 10.5 driver is also doing it with a new sponsor.
Millen and his team revealed the new sponsorship at this weekend’s Dragstock VIII at historic Rockingham, as his 2011 Ford Mustang now includes a large Z-Matrix Solutions banner on the front of his car.
Z-Matrix Solutions is a one-stop shop for Military service members serving in Afghanistan and throughout the world.
They are considered one of the largest commodity suppliers and the family-owned company supports literally every field but weapons.
Bob Zdravkovski and his wife, Lori, own the company and they have been longtime customers at Millen’s Livernois Motorsports shop.
They are now one of Millen’s main sponsors and for that, he is very appreciative.... READ THE FULL STORY
Dan Millen had hoped his seemingly annual early-season struggles would be reversed at the American Drag Racing League (ADRL) Safety-Kleen Spring Drags II.
Instead, the 2010 Extreme 10.5 World Champion will now have to deal with one of the lowest points in his early-season career.
Just after running 3.92 at 198 miles per hour in a second-round win, Millen’s Mustang erupted into flames just after crossing the finish line.
The crankshaft was knocked completely out of the motor as the fire torched the entire front end of the car. Millen somehow was able to pull the chutes, hit the fire bottles, get the car stopped.... READ THE FULL STORY
